Interview Overview**:**

A typical Initial Phone Screen varies from 15- 30 minutes and The flow of the call will likely follow this format:

  1. Small talk (1-2 minutes)

  2. Recruiter will prompt you introduce yourself (Experience / Elevator pitch) (2-3 minutes)

  3. Understanding why you want to join the company / why you are interested in this job? They may also take the opportunity to give you even more context on the role! (5-10 minutes)

4)The recruiters may ask you some technical / role-related knowledge questions. They may or may not prompt you before hand via email - be ready for anything! (5-10 minutes)

  1. Q&A for the recruiters (3 - 4 Questions) (5 - 7 Minutes)
