Using the Pros & Cons template

Use the template below to reflect and pen down your thoughts on how you feel about your current company, and the new company you will be heading to. I’ve listed down a couple of consideration factors that I took into account when I’ve made my moves in between companies. Feel free to add more consideration factors (that I may not have added in!)

1) Change the ‘Current Company’ and ‘New Company’ Names to respective companies.

2) For each company:

• Choose whether it’s a PRO or a CON
• Rate each company based on the consideration factor from a range of (0 - 10)
  • 0 being unsatisfied beyond belief 🤬
  • 10 being super satisfied ☺️

The Company with a HIGHER Total Rating should be the one which you are probably inclined to move to / stay

• Write down notes on HOW and WHY you feel this way
• Write down specific reasons so you can compare
